Pluma Lodge serves as the base of operations for lodging, meals, and daily departures. Fishing is conducted in remote locations during the day, with return travel back to the lodge each evening.

Guests traveling to Tsimane Lodge Heli Fishing arrive first in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (VVI), Bolivia, where they typically overnight in a hotel included in the travel package. The following day, anglers take a charter flight into a remote jungle airstrip in the Tsimane region. From there, guests continue by boat and overland transfer into the Pluma River system to reach the lodge. All logistics are fully coordinated by the outfitter from arrival through departure.
