The Tactical Polyleader Pocket Water / Dry Dropper is another polyleader from Airflo that helps anglers simplify and streamline their fishing. It is ideal for precise, closer quarters dry dropper fishing. This polyeader allows accurate casting while maintaining ample power to turn over large dry flies with trailing beaded nymphs. We like to fish it and do our dry dropper fishing with a half size heavy, floating fly line.
A long front taper allows precise casting while maintaining enough power to turn over dry dropper set ups. The polyleader is fully floating, is 8 feet long, comes with a 1.5mm tippet ring and features a welded loop on the backend to attach to the fly line. On the fly end it has a short piece of level tippet. This allows anglers the option to tie a loop or attach the included tippet ring for their desired leader to tippet connection. The pocket water / dry dropper polyleader performs best with 4 to 6 feet of tippet.
