the Cortland Braided Mono Looping Material is perfect for those looking to build their own leader loops and splice fly lines. Ideal for loop to loop connections, sink tips, shooting heads and backing.

We use the Cortland Braid Mono Looping Material for our GT lines. After cutting off the factory loop we insert the line into the Cortland Braided Mono and fold the 4 inch section, after folding we tie 4 small nail knots over the braid encased line. This connection is a bomb proof loop that withstands 100lbs mono and big Trevally species.
