Deplar Farm is a 15th-century sheep farm turned adventure lodge in Iceland’s remote Fljót Valley. Living roofs and floor-to-ceiling windows frame rugged mountain views, while a geothermally heated pool flows out of a sprawling spa. You’ll find Icelandic design touches in the lodge’s many nooks as you wind down after heli-skiing, fly fishing, and horseback riding.
