The Stonfo Hackle Gauge is easy to use. Bend a hackle around the pin and read where it lines up to appropriately size hackle. The hackle gauge features a yellow and black background with a red outline. This allows the sizing of light and dark hackles. It can be attached directly to your vise stem and conveniently rotated away when not in use.
