The design of the jaws allows the user to rotate the cutting component 180 degrees which provides a new cutting system when flipped, doubling the life of the cutter. The handles are spring loaded, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a type II anodize. A leather sheath with a Nite Ize carabiner is included. The pliers measure 6.86 inches, weigh 4.6 oz and are made in the USA.
Abel Pliers are currently available from Caddis Fly Shop in "Baja Fade" finish. The digital rendering may not 100% represent the design as each finish is unique. Reach out and we can provide additional photos.
