We blend the RWS wool with nylon and spandex to create a blend that offers exceptional breathability, rugged durability, plus excellent stretch and recovery that lasts the lifetime of the socks. Sizing: Small fits women's 4-6.5. Medium Fits Women's 7-9.5 and mens 6-8.5. Large fits Women's 10-12.5 and Mens 9-11.5. XL fits Mens 12-14.5. All that said women and men in our household comfortably wear large and shoe sizes range from 7.5 to 11, the form fitting aspect of these socks is real.
