Neer Hair is an excellent material for tying parachute dry fly patterns as well as streamer patterns.

Neer Hair floats on its own and sheds water quickly when cast. When using it with streamers make sure you have a heavy hook or weighted body if you are looking for the fly to sink.

Neer Hair has a "sticky" quality that makes it greta for tying long streamers for toothy fish. It can be combed out easily and is a versatile synthetic for inclusion in dubbing loops.
