New Shape - The Nipper 3 now features a new ergonomic shape, crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, protected with type II Anodize, and finished with a misted texture for ideal grip. This lends to a more natural feel and precise control in hand. Trim up those delicate 7x and heavier fluorocarbon tag ends with confidence.
New Spring - Hatch has designed a torsion spring specifically made for the Nipper 3 application. This 302 stainless steel spring features a compact single wrap design to exert rotary force.
Cutters - Tungsten carbide cutters have been and always will be the best on the market. Hatch has decades of machining experience to create custom cutting surfaces with an emphasis on abrasion resistance and reliable cuts through mono and fluorocarbon materials. The design has held up and proven itself since the original nippers were launched in 2016.
