A fine textured, durable hair for winging steelhead, sea-run cutthroat & streamer flies. It will remind you a little of marabou but has zero waste.
This Arctic Fox body fur makes very nice wings, tails and beards when you want relatively short fine material without many guard hairs. For Dense Guard hairs and longer firmer materials like one would use tying Intruder flies and heavy-dense wings, we recommend the Eumer Arctic Fox Tail material or- if you are tying white wings, we recommend the full Arctic Fox tails by Hareline.
