Dr. Slick Tungsten Carbide Scissors feature blades that will withstand lots of abuse. Modern synthetic materials dull materials faster than natural materials. These scissors will work with all materials but were designed to combat the dulling affect of synthetic materials. They have black loops, as opposed to the standard Dr. Slick gold, so they can be easily separated from other fly tying scissors.
