Winston Microspey Air 2 Rods are beautifully crafted two handed trout rods that give anglers lightweight precision and effortless presentation.

What better rod manufacture than Winston to create a true trout spey rod. Winston Air 2 graphite gives anglers extraordinary feedback through the cast and swing. Three models are available to meet the needs of trout spey anglers. Winston Microspey Air 2 rods handle both skagit and scandi lines with ease. A newly designed ultra thin diameter spey grip provides instant feedback through the casting stroke. Microspey Air 2 rods have gorgeous burled maple reel seat produced exclusively for Winston. All rods include rod tube and rod sock and are made in Twin Bridges Montana.

Three models of Microspey Air 2 two handers are available.

The 2wt 10ft 9" casts a 210 grain skagit and 180 scandi line. The 2wt is the perfect small river rod for casting mid sized streamers, skating caddis or swinging soft hackles. It will take sinking poly leaders in the 8-10ft range.

The 3wt 11ft Model is the do it all trout-spey capable of casting T-10 10ft tips with a 240 grain skagit head or a 210 grain scandi and 8-10ft poly leaders.

The 11ft 3inch 4wt is the largest model in the Microspey Air 2 family. Built with extra power for bigger casts and flies the 4wt is capable of casting aggressive skagit heads, and longer scandi heads.
