Shipping

We expect to process your order the same day we get it. In most cases if we get your order before 12pm Pacific Standard Time on a weekday we will be able to get the order shipped to you that same day. We welcome overnight deliveries and suggest you give us a call for any questions related how fast we can get something to you. If an item is out of stock we will alert you or drop ship the item from the manufacturer direct. We normally utilize UPS and USPS. All orders within the continental U.S over $25 will ship ground for free.

All orders to Canada over $25 ship for free, excluding oversized items such as float tubes and pontoon boats, wading boots, and Yeti Coolers.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii over $25 ship for free,excluding oversized items such as float tubes and pontoon boats, wading boots, and Yeti Coolers.

Pontoon Boats and Float tubes can pose some shipping issues and do ship FREE to the continental U.S. We reserve the right to charge actual freight on Pontoon boats and float tubes outside of the continental U.S. In most cases however the shipping options given in your shopping cart at checkout will work.

International orders over $500 ship free, using USPS.

We reserve the right charge additional shipping (with customer approval) on international and bulky items.

If a fly style you ordered is out of stock we will substitute with the nearest size to the fly you have ordered.



Refunds:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return something for a full refund please alert us within 90 days upon receiving the item. If the item is new and in the original packaging we will gladly refund you as soon as we receive the merchandise.

Refund Exceptions: Feathers. Feathers cannot be returned. They are to fragile to be shipped multiple times. All feather sales are final.

Returns:

If the item has failed we will stand behind the item to the best of our ability. We may need the item shipped to us in order to ship it to a manufacturer who then may assess, repair or replace the defective item. Often it is more efficient for a customer to deal directly with a manufacturer in this case, but we will stand behind you, including providing proof of purchase should it be required. If the item has failed and is determined to be defective a full refund, a replacement, or a credit at caddisflyshop.com will be given. Each case is different and we would like to work with each customer on a case by case basis, making sure that each customer is satisfied.
