Rio In Touch 24 ft Density Compensated Sink Tip Series Fly Lines

The Rio In Touch 24 ft Density Compensated Sink-Tip is an updated fly line with reduced core stretch, particularly suited to swinging flies deep across the fish holding depths where Anadromous fish often lurk.

Does InTouch equal ConnectCore? Rio is increasingly incorporating the Connect core into their premier fly lines because these line cores stretch less than 3 percent versus over 22 percent for traditional fly lines. Less stretch means better feel, hook setting, and more effective presentations too. So when you see In Touch or ConnectCore it is good and means a represents a superior fly line for all applications.

Think about fishing the lower grain weight range of these 24 ft sink tips (150-200 gr) on your five and six weight fly rods. The 150 is really about right for that 5 wt and the 200is a little heavy. Then run up the line to the 400 gr line, which really deserves a ten weight fly rod to do it justice. The 500 and 600 gr sink tips require a 12 or 13 wt fly rod to carry them properly. You do the math, and you will find that these Rio 24 ft streamer tip fly lines are AWESOME!

The Density Compensated 24 ft sink tip lines from RIO are the best in the world. The short, thick body section behind the sinking tip makes these lines much easier to cast than competing lines, while the density compensated tip ensures the line tip sinks at the same speed as the body, resulting in better strike detection and more hook ups. The durable running line ensures that these fly lines will outlast anything else available. These lines are unbeatable for trout and all types of anadromous fish.
