The Lamson REMIX Fly Reel is a hybrid that combines a pressure cast spool with machined frame. This reel combines value pricing with excellent performance. This is a great affordable reel for lines in 4 wt to 10 wt.

THE HD option is simply that: Heavy Duty for those of our clients who push their gear to extreme limits. Frames are satin black, spools are stealth black and the standard sleeve on the cassette is black, but you can customize your reel with the COLOR SLEEVE options in any of three colors, all interchangeable between the LIQUID and REMIX reels.

Lamson REMIX and LIQUID fly reel line capacities are the same:

REMIX 3+: WF4 and 50 yds 12 Lb Dacron

REMIX 5+: WF6 and 100 yds 20 Lb Dacron

REMIX 7+: WF8 and 225 yds 20 Lb Dacron

REMIX 9+: WF10 and 250 yds 30 Lb Dacron

LIQUID spools are COMPATIBLE with the REMIX reels in similar size: this is a great feature, because it increases the cross compatibility of the two reels and all the spools with lines you may purchase.

LIQUID and REMIX Color Sleeve options: Lamson offers three color sleeve options that you may use to make a fashion statement to customize your reel. Burnt Orange, Coral Blue, and Salsa Green colors are anodized aluminum and skip over the standard cassette of the reel frame, giving your fly reel a distinctive look that we rather like. Remember, these will fit both LIQUID and REMIX fly reels.
