Constructed with heavy-duty 1680d TPU welded fabric, this sling pack tells the bad weather to take a hike because it doesn't stand a chance. Fully waterproof TIZIP zippers guard the spacious, easy-access exterior pocket for all of the goods you want to stay dry, while Hypalon tabs and D-rings encircle the pack for easy attachment of all of your tools. The Thunderhead Sling for 2017/2018 has been updated with a longer zipper for easier access. There is also a water resistant zipper closure on the front pocket as well. This pack also includes a mesh sling and back panel for increased ventilation and comfort and an integrated Fishpond Guide Net slot. This pack serves as a friendly reminder to embrace the rain, because there are typically bugs and rising trout waiting just on the other side of that cloud.
Organization is easy in this pack due to an internal zipper pocket, and a clear stash pocket just within the main pocket. There are tons of tabs and cord loops for all the accessories you'd need, as well as velcro and hypalon attachment points on the lightweight foam shoulder strap. You can also strap a rod tube to the pack as well.
